Jogi Daita, CEO
Jogi Daita is a founding partner of Credo Technology Solutions, responsible for growing the firm’s global footprint in definted verticals and markets. Additionally, he actively participates in the planning and execution of key client engagements.
He is an IT professional with close to 20 years of experience. Prior to working with Credo Technology Solutions, he was the President of Oxygen Ventures, an IT services and business advisory firm. He also served as the Vice President and partner of Point Solutions, another IT firm.
Jogi earned an MBA and a BA from India, and is an alumnus of BITS, Pilani.
Greg Bair, President
As partner at Credo Technology Solutions, Greg heads the Applications Solutions Practice and has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He is responsible for various areas of the practice and specializes in HR, finance and project management in various industries including retail, healthcare, insurance and finance.
Prior to Credo, Greg managed multiple ERP projects and earlier served as the IT Director at Foot Locker and an independent entrepreneur.
Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Business Information Systems) from Shippensburg University. He specializes in PeopleSoft, Oracle Retail, HCM/Finance and executive management (including leadership, finance/budgeting, operations and delivery).
Tony Darcangelo, SVP Finance
Tony joined Credo in 2011 as member of the Board of Directors. He assumed a corporate role in 2013 and is responsible for the planning and execution of a wide range of strategies to help the company meet specific organizational objectives. He is also responsible for identifying M&A opportunities, facilities expansion, and leveraging the value of Credo’s intellectual property.
Tony has significant experience in creating an organization design, developing strategic alliances and business partnerships, and implementing financial controls and KPIs. His accomplishments include the successful start-up of a franchise home care agency, the turnaround of a regional employment staffing company, and creating a growth plan for a social media marketing agency.
Tony continues to serve as the Managing Partner of MCA Business Brokers and Realty headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and is a Board member of the Pennsylvania Business Brokers Association. Tony earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Penn State University.
Scott Long, SVP – Public Sector, State & Local Governments
With 17 years of IT Industry experience, Scott oversees all of Credo Technology Solutions’ operations and works with staff members to ensure that the company runs smoothly.
Prior to joining Credo Technology Solutions’ team, Scott served as the Account and Resource Manager for TreCom Systems, ran his own consulting business, and was an Application and Web Developer. His experience includes account management and developing GIS, VB and ASP applications.
Scott attended Mansfield University where he graduated in 3.5 years and participated in 3 Division II College Baseball World Series events.
Melissa Fritchey, Director of Marketing & Communications
An experienced & energetic executive, Melissa brings over 25 years of strategic communications, brand management and marketing experience to CREDO.
As Director Of Marketing & Communications, Melissa is responsible for internal and external communications, overall marketing programs and initiatives for building new audiences. She will also focus on working with staff and leadership to develop and maintain a cohesive strategy for building a brand that reflects the CREDO vision.
In previous roles as Director of Public Relations and Public Affairs for the Pennsylvania Builders Association, Director of Communications of the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank and Director of Creative and Communication for PSECU, she has experience in various industries implementing strategic communication plans and working with staff and leadership to build and maintain effective brands.
She holds a Master of Science degree in Journalism from Shippensburg University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Clarion University.
